Blake is a Lowcountry native and Charleston-area real estate professional, as well as an active real estate investor. Born and raised in the Charleston area, he brings a genuine understanding of the local market, neighborhoods, and long-term growth patterns that comes from living and investing in the Lowcountry.
Blake attended The Citadel, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He went on to build a career spanning more than 10 years in design-build construction, serving in project and program management roles and overseeing portfolios exceeding $80 million. A PMP-certified professional, Blake is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and analytical approach to complex decisions.
His engineering and construction background allows him to evaluate properties beyond the surface, anticipate challenges, and help clients navigate inspections, negotiations, and timelines with clarity and confidence. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or investors, Blake approaches each transaction thoughtfully and with his clients’ long-term goals in mind.
