Jacob was what I needed to sell my dad's house from out of state. There were a number of bumps in the road as there always are--replacing a leaking, failing HVAC--in the process and for each Jacob had suggestions or he knew trusted contractors or had a sense of what was a good remedy for a particular situation. His standard service too, with drone photos and a 3d walkthrough, helped bring in buyers, and throughout I felt on the same page.
